Payments and Enrolment
By enrolling your child and completing payment, you enter into a valid service agreement with LuplupKids for the selected program or session.

Fees once paid confirm seat allocation, batch planning, and resource preparation. Payment terms communicated at the time of enrolment form part of this agreement.

Refunds (Cross-Reference Clause)
Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

No refund shall be claimed on the basis of personal preference, teaching style, artistic outcomes, child interest level, or subjective expectations.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through banks, UPI platforms, or card providers without first contacting LuplupKids for resolution.
​
Unauthorised chargebacks raised after service commencement, or contrary to the Refund Policy, may be disputed by us with supporting documentation, including attendance records, consent acknowledgements, and policy acceptance.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, communication channels, or services for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or disruptive purposes. Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
